Sweet Potato Coconut Balls

Peel and slice the sweet potato. Transfer onto a plate

Add water

Then steam over boiling water for 8 minutes until fully cooked and soft

Transfer the sweet potatoes into a mixing bowl, mash with the back of a spoon

Add glutinous rice flour and potato flour. Mix well

Add water and knead until a soft dough is formed

Divide the dough into small pieces. Form into round shapes

Next, flatten each dough balls with the palm of your hands, place a piece of coconut sugar in the center

Seal the dough balls and round them up again

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add sweet potato dough balls to cook for 6-7 minutes

Remove from the water and drain completely dry

Cover the sweet potato balls with coconut flakes
