Sweet Mung Bean Soup with Water Chestnut and Tapioca

Step 1
Soak the split green bean for 30 minutes, drain and set aside

Step 2
Peel and chop the water chestnut

Step 3
In a pot, add 1L water and bring it to boil. Add the split green bean and cook for 30 minutes until soft

Step 4
Add the rock sugar and cook until it dissolve

Step 5
Add the water chestnut and tapioca and cook for a while

Step 6
Mix water chestnut flour with 1 tbsp of water

Step 7
Add in the sweet soup and bring it to a boil to make the soup slightly thicken

Step 8
Ready to serve
