Sweet potato starch
Pepper salt1 tsp

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse, pat dry and cut the oyster mushrooms into pieces. Add pepper salt and mix well.

Step 2
Beat the egg and mix well with corn starch.

Step 3
Coat the oyster mushrooms with egg wash and sweet potato starch. Set for 10 minutes.

Step 4
Bring oil to boil. Add oyster mushrooms and deep fry until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.

Step 5
Add sweet basil leaves and deep fry until crispy. Ready to serve.
