Step 1
Slice ginger

Step 2
mix all sauce ingredients together and add 150ml of water

Step 3
In a hot pan with 1 tbsp. of oil sauté ginger until fragrant

Step 4
Then pan fry duck skin first until golden brown both sides about 8 minutes

Step 5
Add sauce into pan and cook until boiling

Step 6
Reduce heat and cover to cook for another 15-20 minutes until sauce is thickened and duck is tender
