Sweet and Sour Chicken

Pregnant women seems to enjoy sweet and sour dishes like sweet and sour pork. However eating this dish in a restaurant has as much as 1000 calories. Today we will use a simple technique to make a low calorie sweet and sour chicken. Not only will it help increase your appetite, chicken can provide healthy protein and vitamin B complex, it is very helpful for the development of the fetus.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Remove fat from chicken thigh, rinse well and cut into section and marinate.

Step 2
Rinse pineapple, pat dry and cut into pieces.Remove the seeds of green pepper, rinse and cut into cubes.Remove the skin of onion and cut into cubes.Remove the skin of garlic and cut into slices.Combine seasoning and reserve for later use.

Step 3
Preheat the wok, add half teaspoon of oil, in medium heat sauté garlic slices until fragrant. Sauté chicken thighs until half cooked. Add Chinese wine, peppers and onion, sauté until chicken is fully cooked, reserve.

Step 4
In a clean wok, add seasoning, and turn to low heat and add chicken and onion. Stir fry until sauce is thickened and it is ready.
