Super Soft Glutinous Pumpkin Pie

Step 1
Clean and cut the pumpkin into pieces, steam for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Mix glutinous rice flour, starch, sugar and coconut milk with steamed pumpkin, then toss to dough.

Step 3
Divide the dough into small pieces (25g). Each warp up 20g red bean paste, rounded the dough to small ball.

Step 4
Heat enough oil on medium heat, compress the pumpkin ball, and fry it until golden, about 2-3 minutes. Drain off extra oil, set aside.

Step 5
Put the pumpkin pies on the plate

Step 6
Blanch wolfberries. Sprinkle wolfberries on the top of each pumpkin pie, ready to serve.
