Step 1

Heat up a pan on high heat, add peanuts to roast until aromatic, about 4 minutes.

Step 2

In a pan, boil the water on medium heat. Add sugar to cook until dissolved.

Step 3

Add peanuts and mix well. Once the peanuts are coated with syrup, turn off the heat.

Step 4

Sift in the corn starch and sugar powder mixture.

Step 5

Quickly mix well and remove from heat.

Step 6

With a sift, remove excess sugar powder mixture.
