Stuffed Vegetables with Spicy Black Bean Sauce

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut eggplant into diagonal slices. Halve the tofu puff diagonally.

Step 2
Halve and deseed the green chili pepper. Cut red bell pepper into pieces and finely chop the red chili.

Step 3
Mix well the sauce ingredients.

Step 4
Dap some corn starch on the inner side of vegetables, then spread on a thin layer of shrimp paste.

Step 5
In a pan with oil, seal the shrimp paste side over medium heat. Flip it over when it turns golden brown.

Step 6
Pour in the sauce and cook until the sauce reduced. Enjoy!
