Stuffed Tomato with Carbonara Pasta

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 200°C. Clean and cut the top of the tomatoes, scoop out the seed and make a hole.

Step 2
Dice the onion and bacon.

Step 3
In a pot, bring the water to boil and add some salt. Cook the San Remo Soup Pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 4
In a dry pan, add the bacon and cook until the fat released.

Step 5
Add the onion and sauté until fragrant. Add the baby spinach and cook until tender.

Step 6
Add the San Remo Carbonara Pasta Sauce and cook until simmered.

Step 7
Add the San Remo Soup Pasta and toss well.

Step 8
Add the shredded parmesan cheese and toss well.

Step 9
Stuff the carbonara pasta in the tomatoes, sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese.

Step 10
Place into the oven and bake until the cheese melted and golden brown.

Step 11
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Ready to serve
