Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degree celsius.

Step 2
Wash the tomato and slice off the top of it horizontally and use it as a cover, scoop out the pulp and wait for later use.

Step 3
Cut one shallot in half, dice another one, crush the garlic, pick out leaves from thyme and crush the tomato pulp.

Step 4
Take a bowl to mix the rice, egg, half of the tomato pulp, flour and bread crumb well together.

Step 5
Take a big bowl, mix minced beef, diced shallot, thyme, coarse black pepper, salt, 10 ml olive oil well together, add the mixture in the rice in step 4, mix them well.

Step 6
Stuff the well mixed stuffing in the tomato.

Step 7
Grease the baking tray with little olive oil, place the garlic, shallot and stuffed tomato.Spray mozzarella cheese shred on it,cover the tomato and bake for about 20 minutes until the cheese is golden.
