Step 1
Peel the garlics. Grate 2 cloves garlic and set aside.

Step 2
Rinse the rice and place in the rice cooker. Add the water and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Add the remaining garlic cloves, hondashi and press the start button.

Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180°C.Mix together the teriyaki sauce and grated garlic.

Step 5
Clean the squid and pat dry.

Step 6
Stuff the garlic rice in the squid.

Step 7
Brush the garlic teriyaki sauce over the squid.

Step 8
Place in the oven and bake it for 5 minutes.

Step 9
Remove from the oven and brush the garlic teriyaki sauce, bake for another 10 minutes until the squid is cooked.

Step 10
Cut the stuffed squid in pieces.

Step 11
Squeeze the Japanese mayonnaise, sprinkle with sesame seed and ready to serve.
