Stuffed Mushroom with Minced Pork

Turn the mushroom upside down and it becomes a plate. Fill the pork, water chestnut, dried shrimps and you will get a mini juicy meat patty.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the mushrooms until soft and remove the stem. Save the mushroom liquid.

Step 2
Soak the dried shrimp and finely chop.

Step 3
Mince the garlic and chop the water chestnut.

Step 4
Combine the ground pork, egg white, Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, corn starch, white pepper and marinate the pork mixture for 20 minutes.Add the water chestnut, garlic, dried shrimp, cilantro and mix well.

Step 5
Dust some corn starch on the mushrooms.

Step 6
Stuff the mushroom with the pork mixture.

Step 7
Steam it over medium high heat for 10 minutes until the pork is fully cooked.

Step 8
In a small pan, add the mushroom liquid, salt, white pepper and some corn starch. Bring the sauce to simmer until the sauce has thickened.

Step 9
Pour it over the stuff mushrooms, sprinkle with some chopped cilantro and ready to serve.
