Stuffed Chicken Wings with Glass Noodle

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Remove the bone of the chicken wings and marinate with light soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and white pepper for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Soak the glass noodle until soft, use the scissors and cut into pieces.

Step 3
Thin julienne the carrot and celery.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil and sauté the glass noodle, carrot, celery until tender. Season with salt, white pepper, light soy sauce, sesame oil.

Step 5
Stuff the mixture into the chicken wings and secure with toothpick.

Step 6
In a pan, add some oil and sear the wings until golden brown and fully cooked.

Step 7
Transfer to kitchen paper to soak up excess grease. Sprinkle with some salt. Remove the toothpicks and ready to serve.
