Stuffed Chicken Wing with Mentaiko and Shrimp Paste

It is very easy to remove the bones of chicken wings with a few steps. Follow this recipe and stuff the chicken wings with mentaiko shrimp paste!

Step 1
Halve the mentaiko and spoon the roe out gently and discard the membrane.

Step 2
Remove the bones of the chicken wings. Marinate with light soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, sesame oil, salt and ground white pepper for 10 minutes.

Step 3
Mix the mentaiko and shrimp paste together.

Step 4
Stuff the chicken wings with shrimp paste mixture.

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add chicken wings and sear until golden brown on both sides and cooked. Ready to serve.
