Soak the bamboo fungus until soft 鮮蝦100g 蘆筍100g

Trim off the ends. Blanch in the pot of boiling water for 2 minutes

Using the same water, blanch the asparagus for 3 minutes

Using the same water, blanch the asparagus for 3 minutes

Step 7
使用筷子将虾馅填入竹笙当中

Stuff the shrimp mixture inside the bamboo fungus tubes

Steam over water on high heat for 5 minutes

Step 10
Steam over water on high heat for 5 minutes

Step 11
When the sauce thickens, turn off the heat and pour on top of the stuffed bamboo fungus

Garnish with asparagus. Ready to serve
