Step 1
Soak the bamboo fungus in warm water until soft. Drain, trim the ends and set aside.

Step 2
Stuff the enoki mushrooms, asparagus, carrot and Chinese cured ham into bamboo fungus.

Step 3
Steam on medium heat for 6-8 minutes.

Step 4
Mix the oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, ground white pepper, corn starch water and cook until thickened.

Step 5
Drizzle over the stuffed bamboo fungus and sprinkle with green onion. Ready to serve.
