Stuff Mushroom with Shrimp Paste and Chinese Cured Ham

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Remove the stem of soaked mushroom

Place the shrimp paste and chopped cilantro in the bowl and marinate with corn starch, Chinese cooking wine, sesame oil, salt and white pepper. 3. Use the chopstick and stir in one direction about 20

In a pot, add Swanson Superior Broth Ham Flavoured 250mL and bring it to simmer

Add the mushroom and let it cook for 15 minutes. Remove the mushroom and let cool

In the same broth, add the baby bok choi and cook until slightly tender about minutes. Remove and set aside. Reserve the broth for later use

Step 6
Stuff the shrimp paste in the mushroom and add the Chinese cured ham on top

Step 7
Place the stuffed mushroom on the plate and steam for around 10 minutes

Step 8
Reheat the ham broth to simmer and add the corn starch water to thicken the sauce

Add the baby bok choi around the mushroom

Pour the sauce over the stuffed mushroom and ready to serve
