In a soup pot add in rice, evaporated milk, milk, 60g brown sugar and a sliced open vanilla bean

Using medium high heat cook mixture for 30 minutes until thickened and rice is fully cooked

In a pan with medium heat, cook strawberries, 100g brown sugar, lemon juice and a 50ml of water until strawberries is soften about 20 minutes
