Strawberry Jam

Step 1
Clean and remove stalks of strawberries. Cut them to pieces.

Step 2
Mix them with sugar or crystal sugar and water.

Step 3
Cook the mixture in low heat for 30 minutes

Step 4
Keep stirring and remove foams if there is any.

Step 5
Pour lemon juice from ½ lemon into the pot. Keep heating and stirring for 10 minutes until the mixture becomes thickened and jam-like.

Step 6
Put hot strawberry jam into air-tight bottle, cover it and let cool down. Keep the bottles in fridge and take out to serve by a clean spoon
