In the pot, bring the water to boil and add the tapioca and cook for about 8-10 minutes until the tapioca is floating

rinse it with cold water and drain
Step 3
Place the strawberry and sugar in the blender and blend until smooth
Step 4
Add the tapioca pearl at the bottom of the cup
Step 5
drizzle coconut milk over
Step 6
Pour strawberry puree
Step 7
add vanilla ice cream and garnish with small diced strawberry

Drizzle with the sugar syrup and ready to serve
