Black fungus20
Carrots (Cut Juvenile Wire)100 g
Green onion10 pc
Ginger (Finely Chopped)10 g
Shaoxing wine2 tbsp

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Clean the end tip of the soy beans

Step 2
soak the black fungus

Step 3
julienne carrot

Step 4
julienne chinese celery

Step 5
In a pan, heat the oil on medium heat and saute the ginger

Step 6
add the black fungus and bean sprouts and cook for 2 minutes

Step 7
Add the carrot and celery, cook for another 3 minutes

Step 8
Season with salt, soy sauce and vinegar
