Stir-fry Shrimp with Yellow Squash Zucchini and Black Fungus

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse and soak the black fungus until soft.

Step 2
Dice the zucchini and yellow squash.

Step 3
Marinate the shrimps with Chinese cooking wine, corn starch, salt and white pepper for 10 minutes.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimps and cook until they turn pink. Set aside.

Step 5
In the same pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Add the zucchini, yellow squash and cook until golden brown.

Step 6
Add the black fungus and quick stir.

Step 7
Add the shrimps, Chinese cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar, white pepper and toss well.

Step 8
Ready to serve.
