In a bowl, whisk together the honey, shio koji, lemon juice, corn starch.

Step 2
Marinate the pork neck for overnight.

Step 3
Cut the onion and bell peppers into pieces.

In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sear the pork neck until golden brown on both sides.

Step 5
Let rest for 5 minutes and slice the pork neck into pieces.

In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the garlic and onion.

Add the pork neck, bell peppers, Chinese cooking wine, shio koji, sugar and sesame oil.
