Step 1
Mince the garlic. Mix together sugar and soya bean paste.

Step 2
Peel and julienne the potato. Rinse with running water for 1 minutes and drain.

Step 3
Rinse and julienne the pork. Marinate for a while.

Step 4
Sauté the garlic with some oil until fragrant. Stir the pork until half-cooked and add the potato. Cook for 1 minutes and add all the remaining ingredients. Stir until the sauce is thickened and ready to serve.
