Stir Fry Mushroom with Lily and Honey Peas

In vegetarian recipes, it is common to use mushrooms, lily and honey peas. They are not only in fresh colors but also delicious.

Step 1
Clean and separate the lily bulbs. Place in water to preventing turn brown.

Step 2
In a bowl, mix together water, light soy sauce, corn starch, sugar and white pepper.

Step 3
In a pot, bring water to boil and blanch the honey peas for a minute. Drain and set aside.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil and sauté the garlic, ginger until fragrant. Add the mushroom, honey peas, and stir well.

Step 5
Add the Chinese cooking wine, the sauce mixture and cook until the sauce has thickened. Add the lily bulbs and toss well.

Step 6
Sprinkle with green onion and ready to serve.
