Step 1
Rinse the oyster with corn starch, salt and water for 2-3 times until no longer slimy

Step 2
Slice the ginger and cut the green onion into section

Step 3
In a small mixing bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients and set aside

In a pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the oyster for 20 seconds

Drain and pat dry

Step 6
Dust the oyster with corn starch

In a pan, add oil on high heat. Fry the oyster until golden brown then set aside

In a pan, add oil on a high heat. Sauté the ginger and green onion until fragrant

Add the oyster and Chinese cooking wine, quick stir

Then add the sauce and cook for a minute then add the oyster back. Cook until the sauce has thicken
