Stir-Fry Gai Lan and Cured Meat with Ginger Juice

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice the ginger into strip

Step 2
slice the Chinese sausage, cut the gai lan about 4cm sections

Step 3
Add some hot water in the ginger and squeeze out the juice. Add salt, sugar and brown sugar and mix well

Step 4
In a pot, bring the pot to boil, add some salt and blanch the gai lan for 1-2 minutes, drain and set aside

Step 5
Add oil on a high heat, combine the ginger mixture and the remaining slice ginger about 30 seconds.

Step 6
Add the Chinese sausage and cook for 1-2 minutes, then add the gai lan to mix well

Step 7
Add Chinese cooking wine, sauce from step 2 thicken sauce and peanut oil

Step 8
Cook until the sauce is thicken then serve
