Fresh Chinese yam1 pc
Cucumber1 strip
Shiitake mushrooms2 pc
Chicken thigh1 pc
Marinade
Salt1 tsp
Garlic, minced2 tsp
Soy sauce1 tsp
Liqueur1 tbsp
Sesame oil1 tsp
Sugar1 tsp
Sauce
Potato starch1 tsp
Oyster sauce1 tbsp
Sugar1 tsp
Potato starch1 tsp
Water1 bowl
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Combine the marinade ingredients with the chicken slices and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Cut the yam, cucumber and mushroom into slices.

Step 3
Heat the pan with oil over medium-high heat, stir fry the chicken until half-cooked. Then add in the yam and Shiitake mushrooms, cook and stir.

Step 4
Add cucumber and cook thoroughly.

Step 5
Pour in the sauce and cook until it’s thickened. Ready to serve.
