Step 1
Slice the ginger and cut the green onion into section

Step 2
Cut the dried chili pepper into small pieces

Step 3
Cut the tofu in forth

Step 4
In a pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the bean sprouts for 1 minute

Step 5
Add the fried tofu and cook for another 2 minutes

Step 6
Drain and set aside

Step 7
In a pan, add oil on high heat, sauté green onion, ginger and dried chili pepper until fragrant about 30 seconds

Step 8
Add bean sprout and fried tofu

Step 9
Add water and salt, cook until the sauce evaporated about 2-3 minutes

Step 10
Ready to serve
