Stir-fried Udon and Assorted Fish Ball in Vegetarian Barbeque Sauce

Many different meatballs are always left after we have hotpot. With vegetables, udons and sauces, they become a savory meal for lunch or dinner.

Step 1
Shred the cabbage and carrot. Slice the onion

Step 2
Cut the crabmeat in pieces. Cut the fish ball in half

Step 3
In a pot, bring some water to boil and slightly cook the udon until separate. Drain and set aside

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the garlic, shallot and onion until fragrant

Step 5
Add the carrot and cabbage and cook until tender

Step 6
Add the vegetarian barbeque sauce, chicken broth, sugar and mix together

Step 7
Add the fish ball, crabmeat and the udon. Stir well, season with salt and white pepper. Ready to serve.
