Step 1
Grate the ginger

Step 2
Soak the mustard green for 20 minutes and cut it into strips

Step 3
Clean the squid and remove the soft bone, gently cut the cross pattern then cut it into pieces

Combine the shrimp and squid in a mixing bowl and marinade it for 20 minutes

In a pan, add oil on a medium heat and sauté garlic until frag

Then add the seafood and mustard green

Cook about half way then add 50mL water and red chili pepper

Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the sauce is reduced about half. Season with sugar

Add corn starch water to thicken the sauce

Step 10
Ready to serve
