Clean and marinate the pork for 20 minutes

Peel the garlic and shallot, cut into halves

Cut the red bell pepper into medium sized pieces

In a small bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients

In a pan, add oil on a high heat. Sauté the garlic, ginger and shallot until fragrant, add the spareribs and cook until golden brown

Cover the lid and cook for 2-3 minute

Add the red bell pepper, add the sauce and quick stir for 2 minutes
