Stir-fried Spaghetti with Garlic Pine Nut and Shrimp

Pine nuts consist of unsaturated which helps to prevent us from heart disease. Stir fry with spaghetti gives a more complicated texture to the dish.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice the garlic and chop the parsley. Rinse and pat the shrimps dry.

Step 2
Bring a pot of water to boil and add some salt. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add shrimps and sauté until cooked. Season with some salt. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 4
In the same pan, add olive oil and garlic. Keep stirring and sauté until the garlic is golden brown.

Step 5
Add red chili flakes, pine nuts and sauté until fragrant.

Step 6
Add spaghetti, shrimps, parsley and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper. Ready to serve.
