Stir-fried Spaghetti with Garlic Korean Beef Tenderloin and Asparagus

Step 1
Marinate the beef tenderloin with light soy sauce, sugar, black pepper and corn starch for 30 minutes.

Step 2
Bring a pot of water to boil and add some salt. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, drain and set aside.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Stir-fry the beef tenderloin until 80% cooked. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 4
In another pan, add some olive oil and garlic on medium heat. Keep stirring until garlic became golden brown.

Step 5
Add onion, asparagus and stir-fry until soft. Season with salt and black pepper.

Step 6
Add spaghetti, beef tenderloin and stir well. Ready to serve.
