Stir-fried Sliced Pork with Mushroom and Celtuce

Step 1
Remove dirt on mushroom root. Clean and tear it to shreds.

Step 2
Peel the celtuce and cut to diamond-shaped pieces.

Step 3
Mix pork shreds with salt, cornstarch, pepper, cooking wine and half egg white. Marinate them for 10 minutes.

Step 4
Add some oil to the pan. When it is half-heated, add marinated pork shreds in and quick fry with green onion and ginger.Add a spoon of soy sauce and give it 4 to 5 stirs.

Step 5
Lastly add celtuce pieces and mushroom shreds and keep pan frying. Add half spoon of salt, stir well and it is ready to serve
