Step 1
1. Whisk together the light soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, grated ginger and sugar

Step 2
Gently mix together the slice pork and the marinade. Marinate for 15 minutes

Step 3
Dice the celery and carrot

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Slightly sauté the pork about half way, remove the pork from the pan

Step 5
In another pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Add the celery, carrot, corn kernel and cook until tender

Step 6
Add the slice pork back and toss well

Step 7
Season with salt and pepper

Step 8
Sprinkle with sesame seed and ready to serve
