Stir-fried Silk Gourd with Black Fungus, Lily Bulbs and Wolfberries

Step 1
Peel and cut the silk gourd into pieces

Step 2
Soak the wood ear fungus and wolfberries in water until soft. Drain and set aside

Step 3
Clean and separate the lily bulbs and soak it in water to prevent turning brown

Step 4
Peel and slice the ginger

Step 5
Heat up a pan, add some oil and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant

Step 6
Add the wood ear fungus and silk gourd for 2-3 minutes

Step 7
Add chicken broth and simmer for 3 minutes until silk gourd tender

Step 8
Add the lily bulbs and wolfberries

Step 9
Season with light soy sauce, sugar and white pepper

Step 10
Ready to serve
