Stir-Fried Sichuan Spicy Dried Tofu

5-spiced tofu has been dehydrated, compressed and seasoned. Soft in inside and hard on outside. It is good for stir-fry and making a stew, cook it with celery, black fungus and sesame oil will make the taste much better.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the black fungus until soft, remove the core and cut into slice

Step 2
Slice the dried tofu

Step 3
Clean and slice the celery

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sauté the Sichuan pepper and dried chili pepper until fragrant

Step 5
Add the celery, black fungus and dried tofu. Toss well

Step 6
Add the Chinese cooking wine, sugar, salt and white pepper. Mix well
