Step 1
Marinate the shrimp with Chinese cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, salt and white pepper for 15 minutes

Step 2
Cut the celery into small dice

Step 3
Mince the garlic

Step 4
Clean and separate the lily bulbs. Place in water before cooking to prevent turn brown

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, add the shrimp and cook about half way and set aside

In a pan, add some oil on a high heat. Add the celery and cook until tender

Step 7
Add the corn, shrimp and lily bulbs

Step 8
Season with sesame oil, salt and pepper. Ready to serve
