Stir-fried Scallops and Asparagus with Ginger Sauce

Marinade
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Mince 10g of the ginger

Step 2
Peel and slice the carrot

Step 3
Peel the asparagus and cut into section

Step 4
Marinate the scallops for 20 minutes

Step 5
Combine the chicken broth, ginger juice and corn starch, mix well

Step 6
In a pot, blanch the asparagus for 30 seconds, drain and set aside

Step 7
In a pan, add some oil and sauté the garlic, ginger until fragrant

Step 8
Sear the scallops about half way

Step 9
Add asparagus and carrot and quick stir

Step 10
Cook until the sauce has thicken. Ready to serve
