Stir-fried Sausages and Dried Shrimp with XO Sauce

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Steam the Kee Wah Chinese Sausage and Kee Wah Chinese Duck Liver Sausage for 2-3 minutes. Let cool and slice. Set aside.

Step 2
Slice the dried tofu and Chinese broccoli stems. Julienne the yellow bell pepper. Set aside.

Step 3
Soak the dried shrimps until soft, drain and set aside.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a high heat. Sauté garlic and dried shrimps until fragrant.

Step 5
Add Kee Wah Chinese Sausage, Kee Wah Chinese Duck Liver Sausage, dried tofu, Chinese broccoli stems and yellow bell pepper. Stir fry until Chinese broccoli stems are softened.

Step 6
Add Kee Wah Premium Betty's XO Sauce, Chinese cooking wine, soy sauce and sugar to season. Add cashew and mix well.
