Step 1
Julienne the BBQ pork and cabbage. Peel and julienne the carrot.

Step 2
Bring some water to boil. Add some oil and salt. Add Xinchu vermicelli and blanch for 1-2 minutes. Drain, cover the lid and set for 10 minutes.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add BBQ pork, carrot and stir fry until fragrant.

Step 4
Add cabbage and sauté until soft. Add chicken broth and bring to boil.

Step 5
Add vermicelli and mix well. Add DayDayCook Radish & Sakura Shrimp Sauce and light soy sauce mix well. Ready to serve.
