Stir-fried Rice Vermicelli with Pork Neck and Lemongrass

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the Chewy Instant Rice Vermicelli 4-pieces in cold water about 10 minutes

Step 2
Mince the lemongrass

Step 3
Marinate the pork with minced lemongrass, black pepper, paprika, fish sauce, sugar and lime juice for 20 minutes

Step 4
Peel and slice the onion

Step 5
Chop the cilantro and red bird chili

Step 6
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sear the pork neck until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to the cutting board and slice

Drain the Chewy Instant Rice Vermicelli and set aside

In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the onion and shallot until fragrant

Add the Chewy Instant Rice Vermicelli and mix together. Add the pork neck back and stir well

Add the chicken broth, fish sauce and brown sugar. Cook until the Instant Rice Vermicelli almost absorb the liquid

Add chopped cilantro, red bird chili and stir well
