Stir-fried Rainbow Broccoli

Broccoli surrounded by colorful corn kernel, bell pepper and celery. It is one of the choices of vegetarian dish besides any of the meat dish. It can also give the dinner table a reunion atmosphere, without the burden of the fat of the meat which can enjoy a little bit more.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the broccoli into florets, rinse and set aside.

Step 2
Remove the seed and cut the red and yellow pepper into pieces. Clean and dice the celery. Mince the garlic.

Step 3
In a pot, bring the water to boil. Add some salt and blanch the broccoli until bright green. Drain and set aside.

Step 4
In a dry pan, slightly toast the pine nuts and set aside.

Step 5
In a same pan, add some oil on a high heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, add the broccoli florets and some water. Cook until the broccoli is tender. Set aside.

Step 6
In the same pan, add some oil on high heat. Add corn kernel, bell pepper, celery, pine nuts and stir well.

Step 7
Season with vegetarian oyster sauce, sugar and white pepper.

Step 8
Transfer to the plate and place the broccoli around. Ready to serve.
