Kabayaki Eel1 pc
Cooked quinoa2 bowl
Egg1 pc
Minced garlic1 tbsp
Baby asparagus10 strip
Kabayaki sauce2 tbsp
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Mirin1 tbsp
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut the eel into bite size and dice the mini asparagus.

Step 2
Add some oil to the pan, stir fry the minced garlic and asparagus over medium heat. Add cooked quinoa and toss until fluffy.

Step 3
Pour in the whisked egg and toss with the quinoa until they are well coated. Followed by Kabayaki sauce, soy sauce and mirin. Toss well.

Step 4
Add the eel and mix well with the quinoa. Ready to serve!
