Step 1
Peel and cut the potato in strips

Rinse in cold water to keep crunchy

Soak the dried shrimp until soft, drain and set aside

Slice the dried tofu and red chili

Cut the Chinese chives into section

In a pan, add some oil on a high heat. Sauté the garlic and dried shrimp until fragrant

Add the shredded potato, Chinese chive and dried tofu, 1cook until the potato is tender

Add the Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar and white pepper
