Stir-fried Pork with Sweet and Spicy Chinese Cabbage

You can find Chinese cabbage all year round but it tastes best in winter. The sweet and spicy Chinese cabbage matches well with the tender pork. This dish can warm you up in this winter.

Step 1
Slice the pork belly and marinate with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce and white pepper for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Thinly slice the carrot. Mince the garlic. Slice the red bird chili. Chop the cilantro into sections. Rinse the Chinese cabbage and cut into bias.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil and sauté the red bird chili and garlic until fragrant.

Step 4
Add the pork belly and cook until golden brown.

Step 5
Add the carrot, Chinese cabbage and cook until tender.

Step 6
Add the light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and stir well.

Step 7
Sprinkle with cilantro and ready to serve.
