Step 1
Cut the luffa into pieces. Soak and cut the black fungus into pieces. Mince the garlic.

Step 2
Marinate the pork with light soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and corn starch for 15 minutes.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Step 4
Add pork and stir-fry until 80% cooked.

Step 5
Add luffa, black fungus and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Step 6
Add rice wine and mix well. Season with some salt. Ready to serve.
