Stir-fried Pork with Black Fungus and Bean Sprout

Bean sprouts have a very high nutritional value. Stir-fry with black fungus and pork to cook a simple homey dish.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak and julienne the black fungus.

Step 2
Julienne the pork. Marinate with light soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, water, corn starch and sesame oil for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add bean sprouts and blanch for 20 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add pork and sauté until done.

Step 5
Increase to medium high heat. Add black fungus, bean sprouts and quick stir.

Step 6
Add oyster sauce, sugar, salt, ground white pepper and mix well. Read to serve.
