Stir-fried Pork Neck with Snow Pea in XO Sauce

The succulent texture of pork neck is simply irresistible! Stir fry with crunchy snow peas and XO sauce to give a more complicated flavor to the dish.

Step 1
Remove strings of snow peas. Mince the garlic.

Step 2
Slice the pork neck. Marinate with light soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, ground white pepper, sesame oil and corn starch for 15 minutes.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add pork neck and stir-fry until the pork changed colour.

Step 4
Add Chinese cooking wine and water. Bring to boil, cover the lid and cook until done. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 5
In the same pan, add snow peas and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add sugar and mix well.

Step 6
Add pork neck and XO sauce. Mix well and ready to serve.
